Having secured planning permission for a loft conversion and internal alterations to a characterful Victorian terraced house in East Brighton, Blank Space produced detailed drawings for Building Regulations Approval and also assisted with the Tender and Party Wall Award process, alongside the wider consultant team. Scaffolding is up and the project is commencing on site, with an anticipated completion date set for early December.
