Refurbishment and Extension of an Existing Rugby Club House

Blank Space have recently been appointed to assist with obtaining planning permission for the refurbishment and expansion of the existing club house building. The initial brief was to replace the building to create new changing facilities to meet the Rugby Football Union’s requirements. Through discussions with the client, Blank Space proposed retaining, refurbishing and extending the existing building instead to suit the needs of the modern game. The design is currently being discussed with the local planning authority and the Rugby Football Union.
